2024 Alumni Reunion Distinguished Alumna

Mary S. Calliste '15 is the recipient of the 2024 Distinguished Alumna Award. Ms. Calliste is a Vice President of Regulatory Relations in Morgan Stanley’s Legal and Compliance Division, where she advises and advocates for clients across multiple business lines and control functions, ensuring the firm remains proactive with its prudential regulators. Ms. Calliste’s diverse proficiencies and extensive experience in prudential regulatory relationship management allow her to successfully navigate the complex and ever-evolving regulatory landscape. As a testament to Morgan Stanley’s investment in employee success, Ms. Calliste is committed to developing the future workforce pipeline she actively supports the firm’s recruiting initiatives. Championing mentorship and mental health, she serves as a senior mentor for incoming analysts and acts as a Well-Being Influencer for the Legal and Compliance Division. Drawing from her upbringing in Grenada and as a first-generation college graduate, Ms. Calliste is committed to giving back to her communities. She received an America Needs You Fellowship in 2012 and now proudly serves as an Advisory Board Member for the non-profit organization, which is dedicated to transforming lives and fueling economic mobility for low-income college students.
