Ian J. Seda-Irizarry is Associate Professor in the Economics Department and Graduate Program Director.

-Served as economic advisor to the Partido del Pueblo Trabajador of Puerto Rico.
-Served on the editorial board of the journal Rethinking Marxism (2012-2018) and the internet magazine Herencia Latina, and is a founding member of the Asociación Puertorriqueña de Economía Política.
