Dr. Minyoung Ku is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Management. She received her doctorate in public administration and policy from the University at Albany, SUNY and earned her MPA and BA in Public Administration from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining the faculty at John Jay in August of 2017, she completed a postdoctoral position at the University at Albany, SUNY Center for Technology in Government. Dr. Ku's research focuses on information and knowledge management in the public sector, with special attention to local government, and intra- and inter-organizational collaboration and coordination in normal and crisis times.
