CUNY EDGE FAQs
I received an HRA-154 letter in the mail, can CUNY EDGE assist with completing the form?
Yes! We are the only department on campus that completes HRA-154 (School letters) forms for TAG to process.
How do I get my HRA-154 form completed?
Please schedule an appointment with your CUNY EDGE advisor. If you do not know who is your CUNY EDGE advisor, contact cunyedge@jjay.cuny.edu.
What documents are needed to complete the HRA form?
- Letter of enrollment, which can be obtained from Jay Express or your CUNY First account under the "My Academics" tab
- Bursar's Receipt or Financial Aid Award Letter, which can be obtained from Jay Express or your CUNY First account under view Financial Aid"

Who is my CUNY EDGE advisor?
If your last name begins with A-L, your advisor is Yelena Meytes.
If your last name begins with M-Z, your advisor is Soheila Fortuna.
I want to participate in the Fellowship Program through CUNY EDGE, how can I apply?
The TAG office in HRA assigns students to complete work-study hours on campus with CUNY EDGE after processing their hours listed on their submitted HRA-154. CUNY EDGE is NOT able to have students apply, nor are we able to select the participants, this is decided solely by the Training Assessment Group (TAG). If you are selected to complete FP Work-Study hours, our coordinator will reach out to you for your designated orientation date.
What if my HRA appointment is fast approaching and I can't make it to see my advisor in time, what do I do?
Contact your advisor, if you are not able to get through to them, contact the CUNY EDGE email immediately at cunyedge@jjay.cuny.edu. Someone will contact you within 24 hours.
